Do you have to turn it on and off? I tried one apple watch sleep app and you had to set it before you fell asleep and turn it off when you woke up- I never remembered.
- zimpenfish 9y agoNope, it's just perfectly automatic. There is an entirely optional "going to sleep now" toggle you can flick which will give a "time to sleep" measure and marker on the graph.
