This makes me feel old. Is 300kb really considered small these days?
- explodingcamera 9y agoNot really, 300kb for a pwa seems sane but for just for a comment system? That seems incredible bloated.
- pvdebbe 9y agoNot just 300 kB of downloadable code, it's 300 kB of executable code. That's huge
- KajMagnus 9y agoI'm developing an embedded comments system, it's 150 kb on page load. https://www.kajmagnus.blog/new-embedded-comments https://www.kajmagnus.blog/new-embedded-comments Disqus seems to be 600kb (I summed the size of the "disqus" scripts on a blog that uses Disqus).
