Rather off-topic question. How do you make an animation via scrolling like their "X"?

  Scale an element up (the X), while scaling another down (the device). Place both inside a position fixed/sticky container and interpolate between scaleStart scaleEnd as a ratio of how much has scrolled. More to it than that from what I see here, but that will get you started
