But I also think it's interesting that Morgan are also, as the article mentions, making forays into blockchains - he is specifically talking about Bitcoin, and not cryptocurrencies at large. I expect this is exactly the sort of thing someone preparing to launch their own version - that they have control over - would say in an attempt to chip away at Bitcoin's respectability.
