Those prompts almost certainly aren't Facebook-run. Too much effort and risk, no real need. Rather, Facebook has a huge number of scammers. A few might be scamming you, but mostly they're from clickfarms that are trying to increase 'organic' behaviors so their accounts won't be banned.
