Is it that hard to ignore your Facebook feed? I don't understand the people that find peace only after deleting the whole app from their phones. I've had a FB account since inception and it has loads of people in it. Yet I probably look at facebook a maximum of maybe 10 times a year because I'm able to mentally compartmentalize the people there into groups of "important" and "not important"
