- protomyth 9y ago"squeezing commissions down overall" is very heavily discouraging people, ask IBM. Nope, "equality of opportunity" is a great thing. I just don't believe "equality of outcome" is achievable and further believe it is detrimental to society as a whole. We should teach our children not to envy and working hard is a component but not a guarantee of success.
