Ask HN: We have a Who's Hiring thread, why not a Who's Interning thread?
For example, Bob needs 1 year experience to get foot in the door and initial contacts and to get positive feedback. Jill wants to hire interns and could help Bob get that experience.
Could you see this as being a successful regular sub similar to Who's Hiring?
- detaro 9y ago"INTERN" is already a keyword in the whoishiring threads. Also, new ones like that aren't wanted: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=15151412 https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=15151412

Yesterday somebody submitted "Who is selling/trading a side project?" https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=15215331 https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=15215331 I can point to an answer from a moderator last week on the "Who's mentoring?" thread idea: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=15151627 https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=15151627
