This is not any different from the Paypal Debit card that Paypal (owner of Venmo) offers, no? BTW, Paypal now offers almost-instant transfers to a debit card account for a 25c fee (I think it was). I did one of these over the weekend and it was done almost faster than I could log into my bank account and check.
