Ask HN: HN for learning guides/howtos?

Hey folks, I'm building something interesting, essentially a curation site for learning resources and guides to help those starting out gain some escape velocity by tapping into the knowledge and feedback of others. I.E, it would be far more useful for me to see and learn from that blog post on JS because it has 2000 upvotes vs the one that has 320. What do you guys think, could it bring value? I think its also a great project to flex my newly developed web dev skills.
