Starting with C has made me consider it a travesty whenever seeing a language where "main" is forced into being a method on a class.
OOP as a technique is fine, but any language disallowing freestanding functions is perverted, I tells ya.
- leksak 9y agoI agree. I prefer pragmatic languages as opposed to dogmatic ones which is probably why I'm friends with Kotlin
