So what is the limit of what is acceptable to pass down to a child? Who decides?

  Local jury of peers, taking into account community needs and individual factors? Like if we want to go full hippy and consider the global situation on this, the reasonable argument here is that children are owed f-all after education and insertion into society. That's fair, right?
