I wouldn't think that an RFC would have to come before hacking out a prototype. In fact, doing a prototype is probably a great way of preparing for writing an RFC.
- eponeponepon 9y agoAnd vice-versa - in fact, I'd put a lot of faith in a prototype accompanied by an RFC. I think each would help to materialise the other.
