Hi Andre, Are you someone I could talk to about something like this?: https://www.cipheredtrust.com/doc/ https://www.cipheredtrust.com/doc/ I have sent several emails to the 18F email address without luck so far :) The approach outlined above addresses a much larger problem, ie a way to easily and inexpensively support information verification on the internet while preserving privacy and security.
