Good find. I'll suggest "shellcode" as a name for this trick
- fhood 9y agohaha, I was waiting for someone to point out that it isn't like this is a novel or obscure concept.
- zokier 9y agoOr less exploity "dlopen". Sure, dlopen does tons of more stuff behind the scenes, but ultimately it is about loading bunch of bytes into memory and executing those as functions.
