- brandur 9y agoI don't think Have I been Pwned will be of much use unless Troy's able to get a dump of the leaked information from somewhere.
- chillydawg 9y agoIt'll pop up for sale at some point and then become more easily available. He'll get it eventually, he usually does.
- exhilaration 9y agoThe OPM data never showed up for sale. It depends on whether a state actor was behind it.
- astura 9y agoOf course not, that only contains public data breaches. Not only that but Equifax doesn't keep usernames and emails, it's names, addresses, credit cards, etc.
