- zwerdlds 9y agoThe problem with this is the major reporting bureaus source their information from banks and credit card companies. The data gets out of their hands quickly, and you don't have the option to protect it in the first place. My opinion is that the only real solution is to internalize the externalities via fines, taxes, or regulation.
- mimg 9y agoIn the case of Equifax customer data was given to them by creditors. Customers had no say.
