- slantyyz 16y agoI hope this thing doesn't get settled and goes to a judgment. This would reduce the amount of rhetoric, since we'll finally get an idea of where a US court stands on parts of the GPL. Settlements don't provide any clarification. It would be interesting to see if more projects go with GPL or switch to other licenses like the MIT or Apache license.
