23andMe is pretty useful. It flagged my maximum-possible risk for Celiac, which after a few months weaving through the Canadian medical system was confirmed by diagnoses. Best $200 I ever spent. That said, the other data on ancestry and obvious things like my eye colour wasn't very useful.
