- beaugunderson 9y agoFull Genomes Corporation will do a 30x coverage full genome for $1150; I'm a customer and purchased mine back when it was $1850. They sequence through Novogene in China. They also gave me my BAM files and raw FASTQ reads (~300gb of data). I have not found anyone else who will do that. https://www.fullgenomes.com/ https://www.fullgenomes.com/

- beaugunderson 9y agoYes, I do recommend them, and yes, they provide you the sampling kit. In my interactions with them they went beyond what I expected of them every time.
