Agree. Give the process time. Many people are not very patient with trying to explain things that they consider obvious due to their experience in an area. This slows things down for someone who's ramping up. But over time, you piece things together and get to the bottom of things. Also, if you ask a question and it gets shot down, you learn something from that too. You have to figure where the edge is before people start complaining.
