Ask HN: Experience with Bing Ads

I am wondering if other have a similar experience with Bing Ads. I run a successful SAAS product, we do great with SEO, and AdWords drives a lot of good traffic that converts. We saw some organic traffic coming from bing and yahoo - small, but we decided to do some PPC campaign with them. The long story short: we were struggling with login to their panel (sessions issues or something), then they gave us 1 hour consultations, and some credits - a person who did consultations, promised but never followed up via email. After a week of running a small campaign (traffic we got was super small but converting to some extent) our account got suspended for 'suspicious activity' (we always login from one computer, same IP, we are a legal and well run US business etc.). More than a week is passing and nobody can help us to unblock the account.
