That's an interesting value and I will definitely consider adding it! In some ways, this describes companies that are B-Corps/PBC but I agree, it's not perfect.

- mrguyorama 9y agoIt's going to be difficult because there's no real ethical "Standard" in the space that I know of.
- lynnetye 9y agoI think that's okay actually. I see profiles to be like an interview with say, an engineering manager or current team members. We ask questions, they answer, and we decide how strong or convincing that answer is.
