Honest question: why so long then?

  Not the op, but I have a fairly crap webhost and domain provider (different companies) who I've been with for about 8 and 19 years respectively and for me not changing is simply a balancing - does their crapness outweigh the bother I'd have to suffer to change over my sites and so many domains? 'Not yet', is my answer.

  Because they are not US-based and it all generally works well, so very little support is actually required.
