Agreed, and this lends more weight to the parent comment - "you should be liable for any offensive behaviour you do that upsets other people" If we allow people to be liable for who and what they offend then we run the risk of allowing beatings and other violence. There is a real reason why Free Speech in the USA is associated with the Civil Rights movement.
