About half-a-decade ago when I was at ThoughtWorks, I knew of some folks trying/experimenting it out. I was not a fanboy of it and felt it was odd to TDD with CSS. That said, I certainly was curious to hear from my peers on their experience back then. I did miss catching-up with that topic and well left ThoughtWorks. It's been a long while and I haven't heard anything about it all for long time now and happen to remember this today. This prompted me to post this question here. Simply put, I'm as naive as you're and thus helpless. Sorry! :(
