- sireat 9y agoYou know your bank is horrible when Paypal has the better support. Over the years here on HN we have heard a number of Paypal horror stories but it seems Paypal is somewhat responsive. Personally, I've had two lockdowns on my small time Paypal account(in 17 years) and in both cases I was able to resolve the matter within a few days. Both times involved faxing some information to them...
