A comprehensive package of primary care benefits that includes all outpatient care at the clinic (e.g. preventive care, malaria treatment, etc.), limited in-patient care (but no surgeries), and deliveries.
- repiret 9y agoDoes the coverage premium fully pay for the cost of care, or are there additional subsidies?
- chaseadam17 9y agoThere are some additional subsidies in the form of in-kind donations that help cover immunizations, HIV/AIDS, malaria, and antenatal care.
- fgjjgutjvnu 9y agoDoesn't that kind of make "universal health care" a meaningless word? What about people who need surgeries?
