Show HN: Watch anything instantaneously, with just a `watch “Star Wreck”`

- fiatjaf 9y agoI'm running Node 5.5, it doesn't work because of syntax quibbles. You should add the engine requirements to your package.json file so npm would alert the user beforehand.
- fabiospampinato 9y agoThat's weird, it works on node 5.5.0 in my system. Can you try updating to the latest version (v1.1.0)? Thanks for the suggestion about the engine!
- fiatjaf 9y agoThere is a program in the unix standard tools (I don't know how these things are called) named 'watch'.

- napworth 9y agoFor starters, ease of use? With Peerflix you need to find your own magnet URL to stream. With Watch, you can search inside the program.

- fabiospampinato 9y agoWatch is almost a superset of peerflix, it allows you to search from within the program. Also, simply typing `watch Star Wreck` is way cooler than going torrent-hunting IMHO.

- fabiospampinato 9y agoThis should have been fixed with v1.2.0. Thanks for pointing that out.
- King-Aaron 9y agoJust ran it and tested it then. Can confirm that it does everything it says on the tin - Just had GOTG2 running in a matter of seconds. Bravo, this one I'm keeping.
- fabiospampinato 9y agoI'm glad to hear this :). I'd recommend an update to version 1.2.0, I've made some improvements.
