The judge in this case found that he was able to decrypt the hard drive but chose not to.
- mythrwy 9y agoI don't see how that would be possible to actually "find" short of him unlocking the drive. More like "the judge thinks". Which, we shouldn't be incarcerating people indefinitely for IMOP.
