There is much more than that to be a mass market automobile. They can't even produce enough cars to qualify. They don't have enough repair techs to even cover that many. I should probably disclose that I actually own a bunch of Tesla stock. I'm happy with where the company is headed but they still aren't ready to be a mass marketing automobile supplier. That's probably just a few more years away, however.
