- sp332 9y agoYou don't need a 2d map. You define the behavior of the cell in terms of the states of its neighbors.
- swayvil 9y agoIt would be the tiling, right? Am I missing something?
- pavel_lishin 9y agoIsn't it just a graph?
- goldenkey 9y agoJust a group made out of a couple simple subgroups. Aperiodic = multiple subgroups/ getNeighbors functions. Periodic = single repeated group/graph, 1 neighbor function
