At Pink, we analyzed our previous writings and emails to pick up on some of our writing tics and eliminate them when writing while operational. Time-based analysis is more tricky: We have to sleep! We mitigate this by sharing some social media accounts between us. We also sometimes set alarms to go off when we otherwise wouldn't be active and then generate a bit of activity on our operational IDs. For a real fix: we're going to hire PR people and minimize our own online presence.
