If you think that's bad, you should see the MS Partner Portal. It's hopelessly broken in anything other than IE, and it's not unusual for it to throw 500 errors left and right even if you are using IE. It's par for the course with Microsoft, though. Their eOpen volume licensing stuff is just as backwards and byzantine.
When it comes down to it, Microsoft makes some genuinely great products, but the process involved with dealing with them makes me want to avoid using their products if I can.
