If there is a law or federal rule, that usually implies there are not sufficient market forces behind whatever we still think should/shouldn't be done.
- orthecreedence 9y agoOr it implies that the public wants things a certain way and they are tired of battling it out with their idiotic providers (especially in a market where most people only have one option). Market forces do not affect large telecoms.
