- pasbesoin 16y agoKeep in mind that, as they have malpractice insurance, you are in effect in part suing an insurance company. It's a long, expensive slog.
- Tichy 16y agoWould it make sense for the victims to form an interest group? I guess the way then would have to be for the insurance company getting tired of it and putting pressure on the hospitals to change things.
