Wow, that is so ridiculous. I was wondering what it was too. So, this is really about people drawing weird boundaries around what they find acceptable and labeling whatever's outside the boundary "porn". Mmm, so progressive. Much of what is called "sex positivity" strikes me as suspicious for similar reasons.
