Let's hope he pays up because California could use the money for infrastructure and environmental remediations.
- vaadu 9y agoHe should have to pay based upon what the law says, not because of California's addiction to spending.
- dawnerd 9y agoThat money is a drop in the bucket. At best it would pay for one traffic intersection.
