This is why I stopped watching Orange is the New Black. Season 3 had no conflict, or it wasn't relevant conflict any longer. Just life in prison. I did consider that dull, but I don't preclude that a plot can't be "good" without conflict. I think that is entirely fine and possible. But in a story where a previous chapter or segment did follow that formula, and then the next doesn't, it looks like a dull accident.
