- nebabyte 9y agoAs someone else posed, "access" meaning looting?
- rtkwe 9y agoSillcocks are just a fancy name for hose faucets of the outside of buildings. If those still have water municipal water is likely still working so it's the most minor bit of stealing I can think of.
