Objective-C or Swift for apps in 2017
I have read here that swift is way better than Objective-C in all sense and it is the Apple recommended way. But on the other hand is it lightweight as compared to Objective-C. Swift usually bundles a lot of compatibility bundles along with the app making it big. Is it the same case now in 2017?
- bartvk 9y agoWhat is the reason you ask? Also, will app size be the most determining factor whether you choose Objective-C or Swift? I'd say that the choice is up to the development team. If that's not yet present, perhaps the choice can be left up to whether you actually can get a developer in either language.
