The incumbents are always in favor of regulation, it prevents competition.
- davidgerard 9y agoI think in this case it's more that they already have various governments breathing down their necks, so a show of regulation is just the thing - and trying to blame the terrible assets they're trading, rather than being blamed themselves for putting them up for trading.
