I've been wondering if electrical cars (self-driving or not) will affect prices of properties which are - currently - next to noisy and polluted streets. Does anybody have insight into that? Or maybe smog-ridden cities?
- johnking 9y agoInteresting idea, and probably will have an impact. But definitely a long term bet, given the time scale that ICE cars will be replaced.
