What part of the cow gets thrown away? My understanding is that every bit gets used.
- icebraining 9y agoYeah, even in country where people are too squeamish to eat them as-is (unlike here, where recipes directly include cow hoof, liver, brains, etc), I can't believe the food industry doesn't shove into some processed blob.
