- RugnirViking 9y agoIf its a couple percent it might be doable, but typically if you're underpaid the best option is move companies - even though you might like where you are right now, you can negotiate less hours for the same pay. Staying won't give you many options, and often, you can even jump right back into your company higher up the chain.
