a cron job to disconnect - love it! do you use the break to get up and stretch, too?
- lypextin 9y agoMost of the time, yes. But if you wanted a break from PC instead of internet, I can recommend workrave, it's built exactly for this purpose. Cron job mostly serves to remind me to use internet as a tool, not as something that is constantly on. Building this awareness of how I am using it is immensely helpful.
