Worst marine accidents happen when person falls aboard and gets sucked into propulsion system.

Trying to imagine the scenario where all 4 limbs and a head get cut off by a prop, and it's quite a stretch. There's also blood in the submarine, and the accused's statement that he "buried her" at sea.
