totally the right thing to put it out there and see what people think. can never do this too early. if i were you i'd pitch the initial messages as why you > excel, and then let users specify who they are and they can dig in from there. video tours are a big deal btw, might wanna put that on main page. also, targeted landing pages for each customer.
