- noja 9y agoThat was a great feature. Mind if I ask why you don't want encrypted data in the cloud?
- deanclatworthy 9y agoBecause it costs me money to do so. Crashplan has always been free to backup data between machines and was/is very good at it. I don't mind paying for a 1tb hard drive to back up my mother's few photos, but trying to sell her on the idea of paying a monthly fee to do so is not going to get me far :)
- noja 9y agoYou can sell it as a real backup: if her computer gets struck by lightning, her 1tb hard drive will too.
