Marketplace with Kai Ryssdal? Cringeworthy?
Edit: Or Planet Money?
- ekianjo 9y agoI dont remember the program name.
- jessaustin 9y agoOMG Kai Ryssdal is insufferable. I can't decide which I loathe more: his nails-on-chalkboard exaggeratedly-saccharine voice or his habit of filling in between stories with stupid rhetorical questions the "answers" to which are based entirely on his own banal idiosyncratic bourgeois politics.
- kobeya 9y agoMarketplace is extremely cringe worthy. Planet Money seems to do better though. Nevertheless hey are both good sources of facts if you look past the naïve understanding of economics.
- cSoze 9y agoKai Ryssdal is horrible. Fluff piece after fluff piece and he prefaces all stories containing data with an extremely patronizing "dumb this down for you" speech.
